› Firstly, All scooters are stripped down to bare metal. All rubber, plastic, leather, aged aluminum trim cover, electrical wires and harness are usually just thrown away.
› Fired under high temperature to remove all metal pieces which are fragile or weak.
› Body frames are sent to body shop to be inspected. After sanding down to bare metal we inspect them with a magnifier for cracks, welding material and other abnormalities before the alignment step. After inspecting we apply a primer coat then finish with final color paint.
› The painting: we use is
ICI and DuPont, paintings is done inside dust-free environment with
waterfall curtain wall. The bike will be covered with the rust protection layer.
It is held in the baking room (using magnetic wave) at a
suitable temperature to keep dry and cure the
painting.
› Engine castings are cleaned using a sand blaster and then
checked for any cracks, stripped threads, bearing surface tolerances, and cylinder walls. We reassemble and
replace Piston, Rings, Carburetor, Crankshaft, all Bearings (crankshaft bearings, gear bearings and main shaft bearing), Clutch, Rebuild all gears and engine block (if damaged), cylinder and cylinder head, exhaust system and all aged parts.
› New ignition switch and
immobiliser/alarm if requested (SIL,Evergreen).
› New tyres and inner tubes
› New or re-lined brake shoes or disc pads
› Original seat re-upholstered and re-sprung (Dual or single saddles).
› All new badges,trim and embellishers.
› Engine casings bead blasted and all
studs, bolts and mounts restored to original
› Crankshaft re-conditioned including big-end
bearing, small end bearing.
› Brand new cylinder

› Replacement of all engine bearings
› Replacement exhaust system
› All new cables and fasteners
› New or re-conditioned original
speedo, drives and cables
AFTER REBUILDING, WE TEST THE SCOOTER ABOUT 150 KM TO MAKE SURE THAT IS IN GOOD RUNNING & WORKING
CONDITIONS, ALL LIGHTS ARE WORKING FINE AND THE SCOOTER GOES UP TO 60MPH WITH NO PROBLEMS.
